'Nana' Nandina domestica (Common form)


Plant Description: Dwarf shrub with colourful red & green foliage in cooler months. Similar to Blush Nandina domestica 'AKA' PBR, the differences being that the Blush™ plant produces more red new growth and is 20% smaller than Nandina domestica 'Nana'.

Height & Width: Approx. 50cm high x 50cm wide.

Foliage: Green foliage throughout the year, and red new growth in winter.

Uses: Low hedge (also for mass planting, pots and borders)

Position & Tolerances: Full sun to light shade. Drought tolerant and frost hardy.

Soil Type: Tolerates most types, prefers well drained.

Where it thrives: Most areas of Australia.

Pruning: Prune in spring to keep tidy.

Establishment & Extra Care: Fertilise in spring.
